The Wildlife Advocates Foundation has been founded to rescue wildlife from poor captive situations, one by one.

The La Rioja Big Cats.

Princesa is trapped in a shut down zoo in La Rioja, northern Argentina. We want to get her out as soon as possible as her current situation is really unhealthy. It is progressively affecting her physical and mental condition. Two animals, a tiger and a lion, have already died recently. Princesa is one of 11 tigers, ‘ligons’ or ‘ligers’ (crossbreed between tiger and lion) and lions left abandoned and desperate to leave this horrible zoo.

The Wildlife Advocates Foundation is now dedicated to rescue them all, with your help.

We know you care about wildlife. With our rescue mission you can actually save Princesa and the other animals. We’ll also keep you updated about all the steps we make to bring Princesa and the others to their home. If you want to help save them, click on the button below and get in touch with us!

As a new foundation it is important that we show what we can to earn the trust of the people that want to work with is. Foor is it is important that we can build a large group of people and companies that help us to fulfil our mission.

That’s why we are always happy that media with their articles or programs give us the opportunity to reach out to much more people than we can do ourselves.

If you click the button below, you will go to a page where we have collected the news articles about the WIldlife Advocates Foundation.

The animals we rescue will go to selected sanctuaries, where we know they will be respected and can live their life in peace. We now work with Ubuntu Wildlife Sanctuary, a well-respected wildlife sanctuary in South Africa. You can read more about the Ubuntu Wildlife Sanctuary here.

Our foundation

We founded WAF because we love wildlife but also want to do something about the terrible conditions they often are forced to live in.
